6weeks and 5 days pregnant and feeling so bad 😭

Hi guys,
so this is my second pregnancy my son is 5 and I have forgotten the start of the last pregnancy lol.
since this week has began I feel so exhausted I was on antibiotics for uti which finished 2 days ago.
since yesterday I have pain in my chest so not sure if it’s the boobs or the chest itself.. I walk a little bit and my heart rate gets high and I get shortness of breath… really confused if it’s just pregnancy symptoms or some sort of viral infection

Have you checked your blood pressure? What is it reading? It could be this

I went to the gp today and he said my chest sounds fine hr is in its 90s but that’s okay for pregnancy blood pressure the top was a little low and bottom was normal lol
he said everything looks fine for now so most likely just my boobs then and not the chest lol
