9+4 nausea gone but still tired?

So I am 9+4 and was horrendously nauseous for the last few weeks. Some days I couldn't get out of bed. Over the last week it gradually got better and other than a few very mild waves over the weekend it is now almost gone. I am generally not worried as I am still exhausted (had to sleep in my car in the work car park at lunchtime), the veins are POPPING on my breasts, the hunger, bloat and insomnia are real and I still have that "heavy" feeling so I still technically "feel" pregnant but I also have a niggle in the back of my head that I shouldn't be feeling this "good" so to speak (Although it is lovely being able to enjoy food for the most part again) I have had no bleeding and other than the little twinger I have had from the start no real painful "cramping" I have my booking appointment with the midwife tomorrow so will mention it then....I don't really know what I am asking for really... maybe just reassurance from others that all is most likely ok. i think i had got it into my head that weeks 9-10 are the peak for sickness so now I am a little concerned that this is the time it has gotten better for me :)

I found both pregnancies symptoms come in waves. Nausea left for me around 11 weeks and came back at 18 weeks with a vengeance! The fatigue hasn’t left and I’ve yet to feel the second trimester glow (26 weeks) was like this both pregnancies.

Enjoy feeling good whilst it lasts and try not to worry xx
