Hi I am a mum to a 2yr old boy when I was pregnant with him I had no symptoms what so ever and actually only found out I was pregnant at 14 weeks. Anyway I’ve been feeling really strange over the last couple of days stomach aches/nausea/headaches. I did a pregnancy test just to make sure but it came back negative.
I was due on my period 2 days ago but it never came however this morning when I went to the toilet after I wiped I had a small pink bit of blood on the tissue. I put a pad on incase and I have had some bleeding but not a lot is this just a lighter period than usual or is it implantation bleeding?
