Hi, is it safe to take this continuous throughout pregnancy?

It’s safe to take daily. Although if you are needing it long term, maybe look at some dietary changes you could make so you don’t need to take it all the time.
2 kiwi fruit a day, every day, are proven to help constipation. Skin on is even better. Chia seeds, dates, add lentils to stews, bolognaise, casseroleS etc. all really good for helping bowel movements.
