TW blood (possible miscarriage)

TRIGGER WARNING, BLOOD AND MISCARRIAGE PHOTO BELOW

Hey everyone, I'm around 5 weeks pregnant.
I've had a lot of stress this past week, and last 2 days have had really bad cramping and today slight spotting. Just been to the toilet and had this while I wiped, is this signs of a miscarriage?

Can't get to the hospital tonight to check unfortunately 😢

That's super light spotting - unfortunately no way of telling if everything is absolutely fine or not I'm afraid. I'd call your EPU tomorrow, and see if they can get you in for a scan to check on things as that the only way to tell for sure. Spotting can be nothing, or it can be a sign something is wrong, no on on the internet can say for sure. Xx

Just an update, The bleeding has got worse. I went to the doctor's yesterday for a blood test.
Results came back this morning, my HCG is 311 and I'm 5weeks 2 days (roughly) so that's very low for the weeks I am.
Having another blood test tomorrow to see if it's dropped since yesterday.
