Sore boobs- leaky nipples

Hey yall,
Has anyone had a very sore left boob before and leaked milk while in the shower. Currently on my period so not pregnant, also done a test to be sure.

not sure what’s going on. My baby is 20months old, haven’t breastfed since he was 4 months

This is something I’d make an appointment with the Gp for if you’re not breastfeeding. Any changes in your breast need to be checked out. Particularly discharge from the nipple.
