Silly question nerves starting

I guess I am nervous but do most pregnancies go full term generally? What about second pregnancies

It depends on when baby is ready to come. They usually say full term is from 37 weeks to 42 weeks.
For the reason that babys may come anytime after 37 weeks.

Have you spoken to your midwife about your anxiety as ive seen a few posts showing anxiety from you?
