As your period is late and the line looks strong, it would look like a good positive.

Did the line appear within the timeframe?

With my DS i had period like cramps at the start,assumed it was period arriving, did a test and it was positive. He's 19 months old now so some pain/cramps can be normal and lead to a healthy pregnancy :)
