Vicks first defence

I have my c section booked for next week and can feel a tickle… last time I caught a cold off my toddler when pregnant I was so poorly.

can Vicks first defence be used when pregnant? Ingredients look ok and it does say if using when pregnant or breastfeeding to ask a health care professional so not a straight up no like on other medicines… makes me think it’s probably ok?

When I googled:

Yeah that’s similar to what I get, I think if its unsafe it just says no rather than ask a pharmacist or whatever.

The boots version is safe for over 1 year olds and breastfeeding women (don’t know about pregnancy) so maybe get that one instead

Picked up the boots one as says it’s ok.
hopefully it works just as well as the Vicks one as I do think that’s really good if you use it early enough
