No Pole

I have an urgent scan today as I was very uncomfortable. I am exactly 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant (IVF so know the date to the minute). I have OHSS so that explains the pains etc. However the nurse commented that they would normally see a fetal pole in the majority of patients at this point. The she tried to undo the clear panic by telling me but they could see a yolk and gestational sac. However, I now just feel bloody awful and worried. When did anybody else first see a fetal Pole, or not?

I didn't see much of anything at all until 7+5 with my daughter, I kept getting told how unusual it was and asked to come back for scan after scan, eventually, there she was a little see horse with a strong heart x
