No heartbeat, is there still hope??

Wonder if anyone could offer any advice or experience?

I started bleeding 3 days ago (pink and brown) very light, only when I wipe.

I've had a scan and according to my LMP I should be 8+4 today
But I am measuring 6W and there's no heartbeat.

Has anyone had any experience on this, could it be an early miscarriage or could it be that I ovulated late and it's just too early for a heartbeat?

Sorry to hear you are going through this. I m scan trained and even at 6 weeks, you should be able to see a heartbeat. I don’t want to rule it out completely but it sounds like a miscarriage. However, they should offer you another scan in 5-7 days to check/confirm. Good luck x

Bleeding plus measuring behind plus no heartbeat indicates that this is a probable miscarriage, I’m sorry 😔
