I got this in my first pregnancy and was Braxton Hicks. It is basically our powerful uterus muscles warming up for the main event :)
I did a hypnobirthing online course for 2nd pregnancy and highly recommend, even just having the science explained of how our bodies work in labour is fascinating, how birth hormones play an important role and the uterus is an amazing organ with an amazing muscle structure!

I did this one - https://thepositivebirthcompany.com/digital-pack?srsltid=AfmBOoplfvEk6l-kJYsDVuCspvhzm3rXk1SYbu64Hai3CJUkyzvYhC74

I had this and didn’t realise it was braxton hicks. I had them almost permanently and they didn’t hurt or feel like anything, just felt like the baby was pushing against my tummy making it taut

Ooooh, I've had this all the way through and didn't realise it was Bracton Hicks. Every day's a schoolday...

Sometimes it’s not braxton hicks,
sometimes it’s just the position of baby eg if they’ve turned so their back is pushed up against you. Happens to me a lot on one side.
