Can’t share personal experience but have looked after women with this in second trimester, due to a retroverted uterus. Usually comes right as the uterus grows and lifts up out of the pelvis, need a catheter in the mean time. This wouldn’t usually make doctors scratch their heads though, so maybe you have a different situation? Hope everything is sorted for you soon.

Was going to say exact same as @TenThousandSpoons00
Common enough to happen as the uterus comes out of the pelvic brim.
Doctors would be very familiar with this though.

This happened to me twice in my first pregnancy in the second trimester, once at 15 weeks and the second time at 17 weeks, A&E both times, I was then made to wear a catheter for a week and managed to get a consultant appointment, he removed the catheter and said that my uterus may have been stuck in my pelvis pressing against my bladder, so he did an exam and confirmed it was in the right place and suspected that the week with the catheter had helped it flip out. Thankfully didn't have the same in my second pregnancy
