Hello girls..
im Currently 23 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my pregnancy carpel tunnel is driving me INSANE!!! anybody else experiencing this?

I found tiger balm helped ease the pain, get some decent splits to wear and avoid (excess) salt.

Ooh you have my sympathies!!
splints helped.. as did icing my hands in the evening for a bit of relief!
