Anyone see a nub?

Anyone got any ideas on whether there's a nub visible on this scan? I've put it on a couple of FB groups and everyone's said boy, just not sure which bit they're looking at as what I can see that looks like a nub looks really high? Thanks!

I think boy too based on the little bit pointing upwards in the ‘nub’ area
