Hello,
I was told at my 32 weeks scan that baby had 11.1mm fluid on her left ventricle in the brain. I have been doing so much research and a lot of things are saying this could be linked to Down syndrome. I have been over analysing my scan photos and these scans are from my first trimester and I’m just looking out for nasal bones etc.. can everyone see a nasal bone I don’t really know what I’m looking for..

Don't catastrophise without information. What's happening next?

Did they say "That's probably nothing, let's keep an eye on it." Or did they say "We'll refer you to foetal medicine." ?

Well all you can do is wait unfortunately. I know it's hard though.
In answer to your original question, I've looked at a couple of my dating scan photos and they look just like yours (I had healthy babies). Like you, I don't know what I'm looking for though.
Hope it all works out for you OP.
