Would you take this as a positive for ovulating?

No, the test line has to be as dark as the control line x

No that's negative for ovulation.

The test line needs to be darker than the control line to be positive. I'll attach mine so you can see.
Also as a side note, I used to use that brand of ovulation tests. They don't show great line progression. I'd recommend the easy@home ovulation tests and then download the Premom app which will help you decipher if you're ovulating or not.

Honestly feel like I’m stressing everyone else out as well as myself trying to read these silly things , I’ve done one just now and both lines are the same colour ? What are the chances of that being positive 😫

Yep if they're the same colour that's a positive! Not sure what cycle day you are on but not everyone ovulates day 14, I have ovulated as late as day 21.

They are defo the same colour! So I can go with positive and climb my husband like a tree 🙈😂 xx

That looks like high rather than peak. Can you do a photo with better lighting?
