Carrying high or bloat

I am carrying so high only 23 weeks but baby is low one can anyone else ? Or am I super bloated

I'm the same, all movements I feel are really low but my bump is really high. I'm 23 weeks and can still fit in regular trousers and skirts but struggling with tops. It's my second I don't know if that makes a difference.
When I was expecting my daughter, I think my bump was lower

I am on my second starting to think is it bloat but it is super hard up top

I was so bloated with mine I was in maternity things before my 12 week scan. Obviously baby is not that high at that point but bloating does occur.

If I lie flat some evenings I can feel where my womb is and it's comes up to just above my belly button. I've been getting awful heartburn for the last probably 6 weeks so I think although baby is low down my womb is big enough now that it's already pushing my abdominal organs up and that's probably contributing to me looking big on top.
A lot of my friends have complained about being bigger in the 1st and 2nd trimester with their seconds but they didn't end up any bigger that their firsts by the end of the pregnancy. I think it's because things shift earlier the second time around.

yes have the feeling it is bloating and everything being pushed up when I went for my last scan 20 weeks she said they have loads of room and tiny but yet I feel like a house haha
