I work as bank staff with steady regular shifts, until I told the manager of my pregnancy in February. After 2 weeks of holiday in April, I have noticed that my shifts have been reduced this month(May) and the next, they were also reduced in March, where I assumed cover wasn't needed more shifts were being given to another bank staff member instead. I don't want to say anything as it seems obvious to me what is happening here, I am thinking to just continue with days I'm offered and silently quit without saying a thing. Really upset and haven't slept well the last 2 nights I found out, 25 weeks pregnant and really don't want to feel this way.

That sounds dodgy, can you contact pregnant then screwed the charity?
