Due September - any advice?

Hi everybody!

I’m pregnant with our first baby and was wondering if anybody has any advice? Or is it really just a learn as you go type of thing? Should I be doing anything to prepare for labour? Don’t want to freak myself out!

I’ve got most things now just need to set up the nursery, planning on forunla feeding :)

At the very least I would advise preparing a bit for labour! Breathing exercises, understanding the different phases, what is available to you. Maybe some hypnobirthing techniques. Plenty of free info online (I liked The Naked Doula, not sure if she's still on Instagram).
