Hi - been so nausea and vomiting this afternoon, 3 times can’t keep anything down. Please tell me this is too early for pregnancy sickness?? Must be a tummy bug right?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If it came on really suddenly it does sound like a bug.

Keep hydrated, little sips of water, ice lollies if you can.

Try and eat something, dry biscuits, toast. Pizza crusts were good for me!

Also congratulations 🎊

Aw thank you!!

Good tips, definitely fancy an ice lolly now.

Came on reasonably suddenly - have been a bit nauseous for a few days, but almost certain that’s the progesterone I’m on. This afternoon is another level!

Could be morning sickness. I was unwell with my first before I had a positive test which prompted me to test before a missed period. By the same token, could also be a bug if it's come on so suddenly. Try small amounts of water and something small and plain like toast or biscuits like PP suggested. Hopefully it's just a bug and you can get back to normal asap.

With one of my pregnancies the sickness started at 4 weeks with two others at 5 weeks.
I'd speak to the Dr about some antiemetics. The pregnancy where it started at 4 weeks I ended up having 4 weeks off work because of sickness and fatigue.

Congratulations. I had morning sickness from 4 weeks each time so it's not impossible.

Thank you for your replies!! Thankfully it was just a sickness bug! Morning sickness must be so awful. I had mild morning sickness with my first, hoping this pregnancy will be the same 🤞
