22+ 4 days and baby has not kicked all day was super active yesterday all day really worried as I am on holiday wondering g if the flight has affected baby yesterday

Get checked out. I know it's probably inconvenient and there's probably nothing wrong but better safe than sorry when it comes to kicks.

Straight to the nearest FMU. Apart from anything else, nothing gets a baby kicking again faster than the FMU waiting room!

I started to feel movement thankfully really scared me he must of been resting a lot today

I remember ice cold water drink it and it will shock baby to move x

Please go and get checked. I don't want to scare you but I had a similar experience including a huge kick once they strapped the FHM around the bump.
... turned out DC had the umbilical cord wrapped all around his body and couldhardly move. (He's a healthy 14yo and currently cooking the family dinner.)
