I’m 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I had really bad nausea and fatigue yesterday and the worst nausea on Saturday just gone and was struggling. But today I don’t have any symptoms other than feeling tired. Is this normal ? I hate feeling sick but it is a gentle reassurance. Has anyone else experienced this before?

you can definitely have symptoms one day and nothing the next, especially in the beginning

I reckon what you're describing is normal.
I remember feeling sickly around 6 weeks but it was on and off. It's more common to hit around 7-9 weeks, which it did for me, until 17 weeks.
I remember saying 'I just wish I felt more sick so I knew things were ok' and then BAM, no going back. DH jokingly said 'Bet you're regretting saying that now'. It's still early days and normal for symptoms to fluctuate. It also seems to be related to how tired you are, worsening when more tired and improving after rest.

I felt randomly nauseous on about 4 occasions in total during my first trimester of pregnancy. On two occasions I was sick, both times were when I was feeling very very hungry. There was no pattern to the nausea otherwise. Now when people ask if I suffered from "morning sickness" I respond no, because it was so minimal and infrequent. I actually know more people who didn't experience sickness during their pregnancies than did.
