Thought I'd kicked the morning sickness in the first trimester but it's back with a vengeance!

It's different this time though - it's more like anything I eat is just sitting in my upper digestive tract. Even a very small amount of food seems to sit there for hours and makes me feel nauseous and gross.

Anyone else experienced this? I hear a lot about heartburn but it's not really that, it's more just feeling full all the time, even on an extremely small amount of food, and it's so slow to digest.

I know about eating little and often but if you just barely feel like eating at all, how do you manage, and is this bad for the baby?

Gaviscon seems to help a little but not enough to make me actually want to eat.

Sounds like heartburn to me!

Your stomach and all your other organs are squished. I feel like throwing up after the tiniest bit of food depending on what baby is pressing on.. Only way I feel "better" is if I stand up straight and not hunch over

My GP has given me the strongest meds I can get my hands on for heart burn and acid reflux.
it hasn’t cleared up the symptoms but has helped and I do have times I feel hungry
