Hiya lovelies, could you all hit me with your best tips on trying to conceive baby number 2 & what ovulation tracking is best to use please. I’ve been with my partner for almost 6 years and never used contraception due to having pcos and knowing it would always be a struggle to conceive.. it took 2 years to conceive our little man who arrived in 2021 & then we fell pregnant again in 2023 which turned out to be a missed miscarriage discovered at my scan where unfortunately baby’s heart had stopped! I haven’t fell pregnant since. But we’ve ready to actively try rather then taking the if it does happen approach. Thankyou so much in advance x

You might get better responses on the trying to conceive/conception Mumsnet chats :) I used easy @ home ovulation strips, just keep in mind that some people with PCOS have higher LH levels so tests don't always work. I have PCOS also and used coq10 and inositol to help me conceive, I also went low carb diet. The month I used inositol and went low carb is when it worked!
