So funnily enough I got panic disorder when I fell pregnant with my first but these started when I was very early on and continued throughout my pregnancy to which I think then turned into panic disorder. I haven’t had a panic attack since August last year, I am now 33 weeks pregnant and they have only just come back and I am gutted to have to go through this again.

Just wanted to see if anyone else out there has been through or going through the same thing. Why have mine just come on all of a sudden 😩 they are the worst and just what I need when I have a 2.5 year old and a baby on the way. Starts off feeling dizzy, then can’t breathe, to then loosing control and feeling like I am going to die or go insane. The sensations and feelings of a panic attack are just so scary, you always wonder if it’s more than just a panic attack which never helps either!

Yes I had something similar and felt utterly claustrophobic and panicked. Hypnotherapy was the only thing that helped! Just a taped session. Good luck

just to add someone suggested mine could have been a vasovagal reaction (if you’ve ever had that with needles etc) and don’t try to fight it, but lay down asap

Cold showers are good for panic attacks, obviously not an option if you are out though.
