Very faint positive or evaporation line??

@PLW1991 I would tentatively lean towards positive OP, seems to be a thicker band and I think I see some colour. Did it show up within the recommended time?

This is my situation now.....
10 days late and still no sign of period coming . Even though I am roughly on time every month and never late.
Increased discharge
Feeling sick
Mild cramping
Did a pregnancy test first test very faint line, but the rest have been negative
Requested bloods, bloods come back yesterday as normal
