Looking for opinions on my 4.5 week ultrasound, sonographer didn't say much to me just to come back in 2 weeks. I'm wondering what these two little blobs in the gestational sac could be?

It may mean you’re pregnant, it may mean there are sacs but no embryo, that’s why you need to go back before they can give you an answer. Is a pregnancy test showing positive?

It's not viable til you have a heartbeat, your far too early for a scan. I had the same at 6 weeks. Scanned 2 weeks later and was fine.

Was this private? As its far too early. If your pregnancy test is positive, your pregnant.

No not private, it was reffered to epu from my GP for a scan due to 1 sided pain.

Please don't worry then! It's far too early for you to see anything. In 2 weeks you should see more.
