Flo app says I’m late

The Flo app says I’m 7 days late for my period. I’ve not have any symptoms of coming on. I did a test yesterday and it was negative.
am I just waiting for my AF to arrive now? Or is there a small chance I might be Pregnant?

Are you regular? Did you ovulate on time? Did you track the past month? I always knew I was pregnant from my boobs.. they would be sore before my period, but the times I was pregnant they were extremely sensitive and painful, much more than usual. You could ask for a blood test for Hcg levels to be sure.

If you're not tracking, Flo will just be going off your standard ovulation estimates, which can vary...

My last cycle was 40 days with no symptoms. Just one of those months. If you’re 7 days late and having negative tests it’s highly likely you’re not pregnant.

Thanks guy.
currently 12 days late.
bloated, sicky feeling, clear/creamy cm, boobs bigger and nipples bigger and very dizzy off and on (had that with my last pregnancy which ended up miscarriage at 8 weeks)

i suppose it’s just a wait and see if Flow will turn up at all.

If you’re actually 12 days late you would have a blazing positive by now. If you’re still getting negatives you’re probably just having a random cycle and ovulated later than Flo reckoned…

workingcocker · 30/05/2025 18:30

@Dogcatfan87have you done another test?

Dogcatfan87 · 30/05/2025 20:13

Hi, No not yet i want to wait until Sunday where id be 14 days (2 weeks) and if its a negative it'll be a doctors i think as we've been trying for 4/5 years and id need for my period to restart so we can start trying again.
Though the smells of everything today has worsened, so maybe that's another sign?
I know a friend of mine didn't have her positive until two weeks later and the MIL didn't get hers until 6/7 weeks
