on wednesday i tested 1-2 on clear blue when i was 4+2 i was 4+5 yesterday i did another one and its suddenly jumped to 3+ meaning im 5+ weeks…is that not a big jump in 3 days? my lines are also darker than the control line when they were rather light on thursday morning. as far as i’m aware i only ovulated little over 2 weeks ago? is this right or could i possibly be further along than i think? might be normal but im so confused i never had this with my daughter it progressed from 1-2, 2-3 then 3+ not straight from 1-2 to 3+. has anyone else experienced this?

Be mindful about how much water / fluids you’ve had. That will obviously skew results.

I wouldn't be surprised if you ovulated earlier than you thought, as going from under 153miu to the 2750miu that the 3+ needs in a few days is a massive increase! I reckon your urine may have been more dilute when you took it a few days ago so "should" have shown 2-3 then. But it's all a bit of an inexact science.The HCG doubling every 48 hours is just a rule of thumb/minimum they expect to see. Judging by when quite a few people say they get different readings on CB, I imagine a lot of people increase at a slightly higher rate.

that’s what i’m thinking..i did a digital wednesday first pee of the day i don’t drink over night and evening and both said 1-2 which is what confused me especially when i got the 3+ yesterday. just a massive jump in 3 days to me!

yeah when i tested wednesday i did first pee of the day ( i don’t drink over night) and evening. both said 1-2 took the one yesterday just before bed last night and got the 3+😳

Those tests aren’t an exact science anyway. Mine was showing 2-3 at 10DPO which floored me!
