...just can't remember if I did or didn't last time. I'm 21 weeks with no.4 and we are going to Spain (if that makes a difference). Bit worried about losing them if I take them - what do you think?

I photocopied mine so they weren't gone forever if I lost them.

Yes I did and i'm glad because I needed them (Spain also), more importantly take the E111 medical card as that's all they really seemed bothered about!
