Hi all

I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant and today and yesterday I have felt a mild pain on the left hand side of my lower abdomen. No other symptoms apart from the old fatigue (which I've had for a week or so). I called 111 and they suggested I went in and got a scan, then I called the EPU and spoke with a doctor and she said only to go if the pain increases and if I start bleeding.

Has anyone else experienced this? What worries me is that it is on one side only. It sometimes goes to the centre but mainly on the left.

Hopefully I can get some reassurance!!

Cramps are very common in early pregnancy as your ligaments stretch and relax.
Keep an eye on it though because if it gets worse if could be a sign of ectopic pregnancy.
If you start bleeding also call them back
