Nervous flyer and pregnant

Hi all, I am a slightly nervous flyer and am due to fly in a few days. I am 3 months pregnant though and wondered if there is anything I can take since I will be unable to have a glass of wine to calm my nerves. Thank you!

I'd be tempted to try Rescue Remedy. I've never checked if the ingredients are pregnancy safe though as I don't use it.

I'm also a nervous flyer and went on holiday at 24 weeks. Like you, I'd normally have a drink to calm the nerves. However I actually found it a lot less scary than expected to fly without alcohol - in fact I'd say I was less nervous on the flight than normal. I didn't take anything else to relax myself as an alternative though. I did have an AF beer at the airport so I felt like I was still able to enjoy the pre holiday airport ritual with my husband. And on the plane I just kept myself occupied by watching a film I'd downloaded to my iPad, and reading a book. I'd say take plenty of things to occupy you on the flight - something to watch or read, a podcast to listen to, or a puzzle book. It'll help far better than any medical intervention will. I don't think alcohol genuinely does alleviate anxiety, it's very much a placebo effect.

Thanks so much @CharlieAndMoose. That sounds encouraging. Really glad it went well for you.
And thank you @Tomato888. I think I have some of that somewhere so I might try it if it says it’s safe.

Might be too late but hypnotherapy helped me massively
