Anyone know if some melting when you scoop out ice cream is normal especially in pints of Ben and Jerry’s? Is it safe to refreeze and eat the next day? Just worried about listeria and leftovers, I opened a pint the other day and had it out for 10 mins but it refrozen in some areas.
