12 weeks tomorrow - symptoms gone and feeling anxious

I’m 12 weeks tomorrow and have my scan on Thursday, but feeling so anxious. Most of my symptoms have faded over the last week or so just a bit of tiredness left. I had a scan at 6 weeks and saw the heartbeat, but had no scans since and can’t help worrying something’s gone wrong.
I’ve had very rare cramping and when I do get it it’s very mild and feels like a tight squeeze and no bleeding.

Anyone else had similar?

Hey OP - I think what you're feeling is completely normal. I have my 12 week scan a week on Thursday and kinda feel the same. I've been blessed with very few symptoms this pregnancy and I feel like even those are lessening now, and I'm only 10 weeks today. I remember feeling similar prior to 12 week scan with DC1 in 2019 as well.

Try to reconcile your anxiety with the science which is that symptoms reduce when the placenta begins to take over around the 12 week mark.

Hi with both my pregnancies my symptoms had disappeared by 12weeks and I also experienced some mild cramping and no bleeding. I was always told it was just my body stretching and preparing to grow baby but still both times I felt so anxious so I completely understand how you feel and the waiting for the 12week scan always seems so long. No totally normal. Please try not to think something is automatically wrong - it will be a long pregnancy otherwise.

I had very similar, also light cramping. 12 week scan was absolutely fine
