Very last minute move at 37 weeks - any experience of West Middlesex hospital?

I would love your thoughts on WestMiddlesex hospital. We are (probably insanely) attempting to move form the West Country to West London next week and I need to self refer. West Middlesex is closest - any thoughts? I guess the other option is Kingston which is just a. bit further. Any thoughts so gratefully received?

I had both my children there, albeit a few years ago. Very happy with my experience.

If you’re closer to WM, I’d definitely advise it as traffic getting to Kingston can be awful!

Absolutely amazing with our soon to be 2 year old! We had some awful news at 37 weeks that my Dad was terminal and didn’t know how long he had left and all the staff were soooo supportive I couldn’t have asked for better care!

We chose West Mid as we used to live nearby and our local hospital was dire for maternity care so drove 35 mins to go ( it was at the far end of our catchment area!)

and there’s also a pub at the back of the of the carpark that we might of visited for dinner while waiting for our induction to work 🤣 as that was the only downside the food was a bit meh and we were in for a couple of days!!

I didn't give birth there, but it has a good rep
