I'm 35 weeks and am starting to find my bump very heavy. Are there support belts or similar that you can use for this??

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

You can get them yes - but they are a big crap tbh. They are called Belly Bras and I think you can get them at John Lewis or quite a few online places.

It depends if you fancy distributing the discomfort to include your back as well as your bump?

The end is nigh Allnew, do as I do and loll around on your side, much more comfy!

I went to Primark last year and bought 3 really long, wide, cotton scarves, I wrap them round bump twice and tie them underneath. It gives bump better support than any belts/bands I've tried. You could make your own from random bits of material. I think the last 2 pics on my profile page show the yellow one.
