Chest infection at 8 months pregnant

So I’ve had a chest infection for 4 days now which today has involved violent coughing fits to the point I’ve come home from work
baby is really low anyway and so my pelvis is sore and back and now I’m coughing I’m so worried it could bring on labour
any ideas ? Is this a thing or am I worrying for nothing
I’ve seen a doctor and now have antibiotics
also stressed I’m not feeling him move because I’m coughing but I think he is moving

I had a horrid cough at 7 months pregnant which lasted around a month, it was viral so nothing to be done but it was a very violent cough and I hurt my ribs. Baby is very much inside at 35 weeks. Hope you feel better soon.
