Fetus ounces weight worry

My baby weights 13oz in the womb it says for 21 weeks it should be 14 oz is this normal will I have a small baby and his AC is 154.3mm which is abit under I have been stressed due to my partner cheating does this okay a part I am so worried

No. These are just rough calculations/guesses and not 100%.

1oz is literally 28g. I wouldn't worry too much.
