Hi, I am about 30 weeks pregnant and am going to a yoga class once a week. I'm finding it very relaxing and great for stretching back, hips, etc, but as soon as I get home I have completely forgotten everything we've done. Sievehead, etc.

I've done a web search but can't come up with what I'm looking for, which is a site describing poses and exercises for pregnancy, which will help me to to a practice at home between classes.

Anyone able to help?

How about a dvd? I'm using Prenatal Yoga by Shiva Rea - you can get it from Amazon.

Do you find it good? I think a dvd probably makes the most sense. Is it like following a class or are you constantly trying to peer through your knees to see what they're doing on screen?

My yoga teacher had hand-outs for home practice. Worth asking her/him...?

Yes I did ask that but she says she doesn't do notes. She has recommended that we make notes as soon as we get home except muggins can't even retain the info that long.

I try to get to a class once a week, but I can't always make it.

I do find it good, not as good as a class, but the next best thing. I can never get motivated if I try to practice on my own or from a book.

Shiva describes the moves, so there's not much peering through the legs needed after the first time or two.
