I’m struggling at moment with worrying what to eat and food aversions . I do have my things I like to eat , at moment it’s jam on toast , pickled onion monster munch . I really fancy a takeaway but worrying about what to have . Did anyone else feel like this you

Yes, I couldn’t even go to the supermarket as it would make me feel so ill. Eating anything was a struggle. It lasted until week 11 and then disappeared almost over night

@Danni040891 im 13weeks and still struggling with this! never had this before either in any of my previous pregnancies! i dont worry about what to eat though.. the problem for me is, i just dont know what to eat if that makes sense?.. as i have discovered, anything i eat that i use to like just doesnt taste the same anymore :/ or what i do manage to eat just makes me feel like shit & sick! its strange because its almost like food doesn't appeal to me anymore 🤔 and i am usually a big lover of food! 😆 hoping it doesnt last and just fucks off im honest as tbh its getting me down.

First 12 weeks all I could eat was plain carbs then overnight it went away...

Hold tight!
