14dpo cramps... Help!

Hi 👋

So I had what I believe was implantation bleeding at 11dpo. It was just a small bit of really light pink blood & I only saw it once when I wiped. Fast forward to today which is 14dpo & I've been getting cramps on the lower left side just above the V that sometimes radiates into the top of the V that have so far lasted a couple hours... It was my left ovary that ovulated this month. Normally if AF is on her way I would get aches in the center of my abdomen. I have done a test which is negative but I'm just wondering what the hell is going on down there. Can you have implantion bleeding then a few days later get cramps from it? Has anyone experienced this please?

It’s hard to say. If you’re having cramps it could be that your period is coming or that your uterus is adapting after implantation. You should be able to get a blood test to check for pregnancy if a home kit is showing negative. It’s a fraught time waiting for that positive.. hang in there another couple of days and if you don’t get your period you can try a home kit again.

They're not the usual period cramps I'd get before a period. My period is usually a dull ache across the center of abdomen this is why I'm like what is going on lol! I'm hoping if it is implantation then the implantion process is nearly complete & I'm testing too early? AF is supposed to be tomorrow so we shall see 👀

It could go either way.

I seem to have some months with what looks like it could be implantation and awful cramping only to have my period.

Awww, it's annoying isn't it! 😫
