28 weeks numb arms and hands

Is anybody else suffering with terrible circulation in their arms and hands? The constant tingling/aching and loss of feeling is driving me mad!

It could be pressure on certain areas of your spine. I would see the GP.

I had carpal tunnel in last couple of months especially bad in the morning
try a wrist splint overnight and see if it improves
