Positive tests super early with ectopic but late tests with new successful pregnancy

Has anyone ever had this before?

With my ectopic I got a positive test 2 weeks after conception but with this pregnancy I didn’t get a positive test till 7 days after missed period.

I don’t think two weeks after conception is super early at all. The vast majority of people get a positive test 10-14 days past conception. Some people can get positive tests 8 days past ovulation so just over a week. However a positive test 7 days after missed period is very late, but not impossible. It’s very possible you ovulated later than you normally would.
