Plus size - when did you feel baby move?

Hi all,
I’m nearly 23 weeks pregnant with a posterior placenta and I still haven’t felt my baby move. I know it can take longer when you’re bigger, which I am, but I’m after some reassurance here and wondering if there are any of you who didn’t feel their baby until further along? I’ve been having regular scans because I’m anxious things will go wrong and I was convinced the baby had stopped growing/moving until I saw her on the screen this morning (she was absolutely fine, wriggling around with a strong heartbeat - it’s bizarre to me that I couldn’t feel the big kicks she was doing!).
thanks!

Is this your 1st baby?

I'm plus size (size 24-26) and I've had an anterior placenta with both of my pregnancies. 1st I was 23 weeks for 1st movements, 2nd I was 22 weeks for 1st movements.

You should feel baby move any day now but please get in touch with your midwife if you haven't felt anything by 24 weeks xx

I’m about a size 16 and had an anterior placenta. I swear I didn’t feel anything until around 26 weeks but she was really active on scans. When I got some big movements I realised I had felt some really light ones from about 24 weeks. They almost felt like little bubbles or trapped wind moving down or something. Not this magical feeling people describe to be honest haha.

Thank you - yes, it’s my first baby. I’m hoping I’ll start to feel things in the coming days, as you said, but will be sure to let me midwife know if I haven’t felt anything by next week. Thank you for your reply x
