Hi ladies,
I've been getting hcg drawn over last few weeks it started at 390 its now down to 22 I'm still bleeding on and off with alight cramps, how low does hcg have to be to stop bleeding any advice i would be happy its been an emotional rollercoaster I just want it to end.

What were your levels when bleeding stopped during a miscarriage?

No, doesn’t have to be 0.
I don’t think women will necessarily be having bloods done enough during MC to know what their levels were exactly when the bleeding stopped. it can often be very on off. It’s normal to have a much longer and heavier bleed for a MC and it can take a long time for hcg to get to 0.

My bleeding stopped with my first loss before getting down to 0. I think I bled for 10 days the first time, it took 2.5 weeks to get to 0
The second time I only bled for about 5 days and had a faint positive test after 2 weeks and a negative test after 3 weeks
It might be worth asking at your next blood test?
