Hello 16 dpo 3 days late was wondering if anybody else ever got a negative pregnancy test at 16dpo and needed blood test to confirm pregnancy or got a vvvfl very late in the pregnancy got a vvvfl yesterday in the obgyn but negative on a first response please help

There's no second line visible there OP.

Sometimes cycles are wonky - once my period was an entire week late, negative tests all through that week. Wasn't pregnant, just a randomly weird cycle

I’m sorry OP, by 16dpo you would have a very obvious line if you were pregnant. I would say that test is negative x
