Anxiety between scans

Hello

Anyone else really struggling waiting for their next scan after the 12 week scan?

I'm currently 15 weeks + 5 days. I've had a previous missed miscarriage and I'm just a natural born worrier.

I'm a high risk pregnancy due to having anti-ro antibodies and there's a slight risk of fetal heartblock.

Next scan is a private scan in 2 weeks and then I have a fetal echo, consultant scan and my 20 week scan all with in 5 days of each other.

I'm 33 weeks and certainly felt the anxiety between scans, especially between the 12 wk and 20 week. We've had 3 private scans too ....

I will say the anxiety shifts a bit once you start feeling movement :) but yes you are certainly not alone in this! I guess I would just try to tell myself to trust my body. Have trust that if something was wrong, my body would let me know, so to just carry on ☺️

I personally have found it quite hard to get excited about meeting my baby boy purely because of my anxiety that this could make something go wrong! But at the end of the day, this will not make difference

Your body is doing an incredible thing. Enjoy the process ♥️

I’m also high risk and anxiety is sky high. I’m 17+5 just had my scan this week and baby is healthy and growing right on track but I do have a spot where my membranes have separated from the uterus. Been having issues beginning at 12 weeks when I started bleeding I’m guessing from the membranes detaching.
