Feeling more anxious/low mood in second pregnancy?

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone else has felt this way. Currently 28 weeks pregnant and have a 3 year old DS who is the light of our lives. I sailed through first pregnancy and worked up until my mat leave with no sick leave but I found the postpartum period very tough and didn't bond initially with my son which I still carry a lot of guilt over.

We had issues conceiving our second including a traumatic ruptured ectopic last year. I was so happy that this one stuck and all has been well but I just can't shake this feeling of low mood and anxiety in the last few weeks. I wake up panicking at night a lot and struggle to sleep, and I just have a sadness that doesn't always lift. My job is very high pressured and I'm struggling with tiredness and PGP which isn't helping either.

I've started therapy to talk through my issues as I've suffered with anxiety in the past and my husband has been so supportive but I wondered if anyone else has felt this way? I'm wondering if it's that I know what's coming this time and I'm hoping I don't struggle postpartum as I did last time? Just wondering if I'm not alone in this!
