Early pregnancy anxiety

So I'm currently 5 weeks, 6 days pregnant and tested positive nearly 2 weeks ago.

I had lots of early pregnancy symptoms before testing positive and a week and a half after but the last few days I have had no symptoms at all. Should I be worried? I am generally more anxious than the average person especially when it comes to health.

I'm considering getting a quantitative HCG blood test so I can know if everything is progressing as it should be. Has anyone done one before?

Morning OP. Just wanted to share that It’s totally normal for symptoms to disappear. They may come back or they may not. I had the exact same experience, awful nausea for weeks, I couldn’t look at food and then I woke up one day with nothing, appetite back, no sickness . I was so worried, but it never came back and everything has been fine so far. I’m now 27 weeks.
